Choose your plan

Select what works for your day:

  • Transformation Plan — Breakfast, lunch, dinner + 2 snacks. Customized calorie ranges available.Full day covered. Prices vary.
  • Single meal plans — Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner only. Calorie adjustment is not available on single-meal plans, but you can remove up to 2 ingredients.
  • Two-meal plans — Any two meals combined. Same as above — ingredient removal only, no calorie adjustments.
On single and two-meal plans, we cannot adjust calorie content. For full customization, the Transformation Plan is the right choice.

Pick your days & meals

Our menu changes every week and is designed not to repeat — though if something becomes a favorite, it just might come back! We'd love to hear what you think. Every Monday, next week's menu goes live. Orders are placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure fresh preparation and delivery.

Customize your ingredients

You can remove up to 2 ingredients from your meals — things like onion, pork products, nuts, or anything else that doesn't work for you.

What's always in your food

Every single Oreka meal — no exceptions:

✓ Gluten-free

No wheat, no gluten-containing grains. Every meal.

✓ Lactose-conscious

No milk, no heavy cream. Only cottage cheese, hard cheese (rare), yogurt, and kefir.

✓ No seed oils

We cook exclusively with organic extra-virgin olive oil, avocado oil, tallow and avoid heavily refined industrial oils. No canola oil, soybean oil etc.. nothing refined!

✓ No trans fats

Zero partially hydrogenated oils or artificial fats of any kind.

✓ Organic chicken & eggs, Grass-Fed & Finished Beef, Sustainable Fish

All poultry and eggs are certified organic. We prioritize organic and responsibly sourced proteins whenever possible, including partnerships with local San Diego-area farms and suppliers.
